- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks and interactions on our platform

- WhatsApp message metadata: Message delivery status, timestamps, conversation IDs from the WhatsApp Business API

- WhatsApp / Meta: Customer mobile numbers, message statuses and profile names from your connected WhatsApp Business account
- Integrated tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, etc.) when you connect them to your WapiGrow account

- Meta / WhatsApp: Your WhatsApp Business number and message data are processed by Meta under their terms when you use the WhatsApp Business API

- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred — you will be notified
4. WhatsApp & Meta Data
WapiGrow is an official Meta Business Partner. When you connect a WhatsApp Business number to our platform:
- Message content sent through our platform is processed by Meta's infrastructure
- Meta's own WhatsApp Privacy Policy applies to end-user messages
- Your customers' WhatsApp numbers are stored in our database solely to deliver messages you initiate
- We do not use customer contact data for any purpose other than delivering messages on your behalf

We use cookies on our website. You can manage your preferences via the cookie consent banner.

8. Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures: SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, access controls and regular security audits. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways — we never store card numbers.
9. Children's Privacy
WapiGrow is a business platform not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
