Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your current billing period. No charges will be made after cancellation.
Annual Plans — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase an annual plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of plan activation.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the activation date shown in your account
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to stop renewal
Delayed Activation
We activate plans within 2 business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST) of confirmed payment. If your plan is not activated within 48 hours of payment confirmation:

- We will either activate your plan immediately or issue a full refund
Duplicate & Erroneous Payments
If you were charged twice for the same order or charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the excess amount in full. Please contact us with your order number and payment screenshot.
WhatsApp Conversation Charges
Accounts Suspended for Policy Violations
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp's Business Policy are not eligible for refunds. This includes sending spam, violating Meta's commerce policies, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@wapigrow.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
- Include: your registered mobile number, order number, reason for refund
- Our team will respond within 1 business day
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your client portal under Billing → Cancel Subscription or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals — access continues until the end of the current paid period.
